Need help with Balance Wise? You can contact support for help with your account, Premium subscription, reminders, backups, cloud sync, or using the app.

Account and sign-in help

Contact support if you cannot sign in, need help with account access, or are unsure which email address is linked to your Balance Wise account.

Premium subscription help

If you subscribed through the App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple. Cancelling stops future renewal, but Premium may remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Restore purchases

If you already have an active subscription, use Restore purchases in the app to reconnect it to your Balance Wise account. Restore purchases only restores an existing active subscription. It does not create Premium without a valid purchase.

Cancelling Premium

Cancel Premium through the App Store subscription settings for the Apple ID used to subscribe. Balance Wise support can explain where to look, but Apple manages App Store cancellation.

Cloud sync

Premium cloud sync keeps your planning data available across signed-in devices. If sync appears paused, check that you are signed in with the same account and that Premium is active.

Backup & Restore

Backup & Restore lets Premium users create restore points and recover planning data. Contact support if a backup does not appear or a restore does not complete.

Multiple Balances

Multiple Balances helps Premium users track extra manually entered balances inside the planner. Balance Wise still does not connect to banks or import transactions.

Notifications and reminders

Premium reminders can help with upcoming payments, 0% promotional periods, BNPL deadlines, balance check-ins, and low-balance warnings. Check device notification permissions if reminders do not arrive.

Data and privacy

Balance Wise stores the planning information you enter so the app can calculate forecasts and keep your plans available. Do not enter bank passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive identifiers.

Deleting your account

In the mobile app, open Account, expand Privacy and data, then choose Delete account. This permanently removes the Balance Wise account and planning data.

You can permanently delete your Balance Wise account from Account → Privacy and data → Delete account in the mobile app. If you have trouble completing account deletion, contact admin@balancewise.app for help.

Deleting your account removes your Balance Wise account data from our systems, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, security or billing reasons.

Balance Wise is a manual personal finance planner. It does not connect to banks and does not import transactions. Read the privacy policy for more detail about how account data and planning information are handled.
