Balance Wise terms of use

Balance Wise is a personal finance planning and simulation tool. It is not regulated financial advice, debt advice, tax advice, mortgage advice, a credit decision, a lending offer, or a property valuation.

Figures shown in the app are estimates based on information you enter and assumptions shown in the product.

You are responsible for entering accurate figures, keeping them up to date, and checking important decisions with banks, lenders, brokers, advisers, providers, or other appropriate professionals.

Do not rely on Balance Wise as the only source for payment deadlines, interest charges, affordability, tax treatment, or eligibility decisions.

Personal planning modules are available only to signed-in users. Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw features where needed for security, reliability, legal, or operational reasons.

Do not enter bank passwords, full card numbers, national insurance numbers, identity documents, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Balance Wise does not need those details to provide planning forecasts.
